4.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.3 Transaction Liability

If a transaction fails or funds are lost due to incorrect information provided by the user, kb888 will not bear responsibility for that loss. It is entirely the user's responsibility to provide the correct mobile number and account details.

Bonus & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on kb888 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳32,000, you will receive a ৳15,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw a bonus. The wagering requirement is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. This wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total of deposit + bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing the bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period — any unused bonus expires at the end of that period.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If a bonus is claimed on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device, all associated accounts may be suspended.
• kb888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
• Bets made with bonus funds must be completed in eligible games.

VIP Program & Cashback

kb888's VIP program has four tiers, determined by player activity. Moving to a higher tier unlocks greater weekly cashback benefits.

VIP tier is determined based on the player's overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is generally added to the account at a set time each week. kb888 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms and members will be informed of any changes.
